Abu Dhabi is spread across an island city, a ring of newer islands and a wide band of mainland suburbs, and where the car is parked depends on which. The downtown blocks around Hamdan and Electra streets rely on street parking and multi-storey car parks, so a location pin and a nearby landmark find the car faster than an address.
